Dear Wildcard,
Can you please explain to me why it is that my server NA-TheCenter587 is listed with a "Dead" status on battle-metrics? Here I sit, after a nice week and a half vacation, at my desk, checking on my tribe, only to find an empty discord, with one guy explaining to me that all of my fellow members have quit either the server/game now that our server is "dead", characters, dinos, ascendant bps and all gone without so much as a warning. THOUSANDS of combined hours have been put into 587 by my tribe (about 1,100 myself), and now my level 100 character and EVERY SINGLE TEK engram I earned, not to mention my alternative level 90-something account with all of the TEK structures, are not only inaccessible, but everything we've put into that server is gone, without an email/message/anything? I hope to get an explanation soon, because I'm getting very sick of this poop. And now that you've hyped the game this much, making new content before finishing the lore or fixing the skyrim-alike glitchiness, you'll be dead on official release if you don't get your poop together and TALK to your community. I understand this is an alpha, but stop hiding behind that reason in order to avoid doing a poopty job at running a video game. If you leave us in the dark, we'll leave you for a more accommodating game.
